Marion Gruzalski Christmas is but one week away! Spend a day at Sunyata developing being present in the moment. We will also teach and practice a tool for centering in the middle of hectic activity. Beginners as well as advanced practitioners welcome. A vegetarian lunch is provided as part of the day experience.
