Volunteer Weekend

There will be a Volunteering Weekend at Sunyata Retreat Centre on 28th and 29th January. You are invited to come and offer your skills and support in the ongoing renovations and maintenance of the grounds here, in return for accomodation and meals and the company of spiritual friends. You are welcome to join us for a day, or part of a day, or the weekend ; if you wish to stay overnight let us know.

On both days there will be meditation in the hall at 7 a.m. and at 6.00 p.m. for those who are interested and the days will conclude with refreshments in the dining hall. 

If you are interested in taking part please e-mail Padraig at info@sunyatacentre.org, letting me know when you plan to come and for how long, so that I have an idea of how many tasks need to be assigned and how many stomachs to feed!
