Bart Gruzalski Although we tend to emphasize mindfulness here at Sunyata, the full practice includes an equal emphasis on conduct: Right Speech, Right Action, and Right Livelihood. One of the components of Right Action is Right Speech, so there is a significant emphasis on Right Speech in the conduct part of the path.
In this retreat we will explore the conduct part of the path using Right Speech. We will also reflect on how Right Speech and Mindfulness work together.
There will be a vegetarian lunch provided.
Beginners as well as advanced practitioners invited.
