Wednesday Evening Meditation


No need to book. Arrive at 7:50 p.m


Wednesdays 8 - 9:30 p.m.

Join us for a period of meditation followed by reflections. We will meditate for two periods or 25 minutes each. A half hour of reflections, discussions, Q & A, and chanting follows. Afterwards, there will be refreshments in the dining hall.

Suitable for both beginners and experienced, although it is strongly recommended that beginners attend our monthly Introduction to Meditation Workshop.

The evening is offered on a donation basis.
