Wednesday Evening Meditation

No need to book. Arrive at 7:50 p.m

Wednesdays 8 - 9:10 p.m.

Join us for a period of meditation followed by reflections. We will meditate for a period of 40 minutes, followed by a short reflection and some closing chanting.

It is strongly recommended that beginners attend our monthly Introduction to Meditation Workshop, as guidance for beginners will not be given during the Wednesday evening session.

The evening is offered on a donation basis.
