5 day Insight retreat with Heike Griffin and Stefanie Blech [residential and online]

The retreat will feature an emphasis on the Buddha’s teachings on tranquillity (samadhi), insight (vipassana), and loving-kindness (metta). The retreat will be held in silence and will include guided as well as silent periods of meditation, walking meditation, reflections on the Buddha’s teachings and time for Q&A.
The retreat is suitable both for beginners and more experienced meditators.
Beginning on Friday evening at 7:30 pm and ending on Tuesday lunchtime, this residential retreat will also be offered on the online platform Zoom.
Booking is required and a link to the zoom meeting will be sent to the online participants closer to the time.
To participate it is necessary to attend the entire retreat.

Heike Griffin has been meditating for nearly 30 years, the last 10 years following the Thai Forest tradition. She became involved with Sunyata Centre in 2012, and has been a member of the Sunyata Board since 2014. Since 2018 Heike has been involved in leading retreats.
She’s active and trained in end of life care.
