Day Retreat with Elaine D’Alton [online]

July 24 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

The creation of Sangha, places and people to share our practice with is often stated as an important component of Meditation and Mindfulness.

This day-long retreat will focus on ways that assist and support practice, meeting spiritual friends on the path, and creating safe spaces for each other. COVID created new and different opportunities to connect with other practitioners without being able to meet in person.

This day retreat will assist us in identifying how practicing together can benefit ourselves and others, assist in creating connections and help to lessen isolation.

The day will focus on walking and sitting meditation, self-compassion and connection.

This online retreat begins at 10 am and ends at 4 pm, with an hour for lunch. It will include guided meditation, group discussion, and opportunities for questions and answers.

Booking (by filling out the booking form) is required and a link to the zoom meeting will be sent to the participants closer to the time.

This course is offered on a Dana (donation) basis only.

Facilitated by Elaine D’Alton.
