Introduction to meditation with Elaine D’Alton [onsite]

Introduction to Meditation for beginners and people new to meditation. This class teaches beginners how to properly meditate and gives explanations on what mindfulness meditation is and basic meditation techniques.
Booking (by filling out the booking form) is required.
This course is offered on a Dana (donation) basis only.
