A six week Mindfulness and Meditation course, every Thursday 6 pm until 7.30 pm.
Provisional starting date 30th of June, minimum number of participants required. This course is suitable for beginners and people new to meditation.
Booking (by filling out the booking form) is required and a link to the zoom meeting will be sent to the online participants closer to the time.
This course is offered on a Dana (donation) basis only.
