Using Body Movement To Bring Stillness To The Mind – Donal Quirke [Online Event]

This workshop will involve some slowly paced beginner-friendly yoga, guided breath-work, and guided relaxation to explore how we can use body movement to bring stillness to the mind. Gentle movement and stretches combined with body and breath awareness can help us to feel much better in times of difficulty. These work together in a simple and effective way to bring about an inner state of relaxation, light-heartedness, and spaciousness.
