October 23 @ 5:59 pm - October 26 @ 6:00 pm
The mirror like quality of awareness has the power to enable us to see reality clearly, in the present moment. It is a safe refuge and a source of balance, joy, peace and trust.
The retreat through the clear and direct teachings of the Buddha will emphasise the importance of staying connected to the experience
of our mind and our body with wisdom and compassion.
It is necessary to book at [email protected]
