June 4 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
This is a day of practice for women. The day will provide a supportive space to enter into our own inner silence and to practice together. We will reflect on the women’s lineage in Buddhism and also on applying practical aspects of the Dhamma in our lives. It is also an opportunity to connect with other women who are interested in meditation and Buddhism and there will be opportunities for sharing during the day.
Absolute beginners are totally welcome. The day will be partly in Noble silence with dedicated times for sharing and connecting with others. This retreat is offered on a donation basis.
Please bring a dish or some food to share with others. We will have lunch break together. Cutlery, dishes and a kitchen to heat up the food will be available. Meditation cushions can be borrowed.
There is no need to book. Just show up on the day before 10am in order to join. If you plan to join, please stay for the entire day.
Trans and non-binary welcome.
