Every Thursday from 15th July to 9th September 8pm to 9:30pm

Online event, access via Sunyata’s Evening Puja link

Over these weeks we will practice with perspectives that invite us to see life differently. By recognising that perception is more malleable than we normally assume we can attend to experience in ways that ease the burdens of life an untangle the tangle of dualistic experience and its accompanying constrictions. Each week will feature a reflection on a theme, followed by a meditation on that theme, with space for interaction. Each week stands alone, although each week’s practice builds on and feeds into the others, each offering different perspectives.
