Evening Puja

Our regular Wednesday evening meditation including chanting, 40 minute sit and short reflection

7pm – 8pm Chanting and Meditation

25 minute Dhamma Reflection

Sit-and-Share Mindfulness Based Recovery Meetings

Tuesday evenings 8:00pm – 9:40pm (No need to book just turn up on the evening)

Peer-led mutual help meeting that uses Buddhist teachings, traditions and practices to help people make a whole-hearted recovery from the suffering caused by addictive behaviours. The meetings are open to any individual wishing to live an intoxicant free life through the guidance and the practice of the Five Precepts.
