Weekday Daily Mindfulness & Chan Meditation Practice and Dharma Sharing & Discussion –

“Living Dharma” led by Sr. Jinho Shih from Taiwan [Live broadcast via Zoom]

The aim of the group is to support practitioners to establish their daily meditation practice and apply the Buddhist teachings on different life situations through sitting, sharing and reflecting. It’s not a traditional format of teaching or Dharma talk but more informal and conversational to form a sangha or a practice community.

***To ensure the quality of practice:

1. Everyone participates in the respectful and committed way as one attending a Dharma event in person.

2. Focus on practice and not engage in anything other than with the group practice.

3. Switch video on the whole time and make sure the light and your position is right so you could engage with the group to the best you could.

 ***Note: You could join the practice at 8:00, 8:30 or 9:00 am/pm for 30 minutes or 1-2 hours depending on your needs and availability.

Sit-and-Share Mindfulness Based Recovery Meetings

Tuesday evenings 8:00pm – 9:40pm (No need to book just turn up on the evening)

Peer-led mutual help meeting that uses Buddhist teachings, traditions and practices to help people make a whole-hearted recovery from the suffering caused by addictive behaviours. The meetings are open to any individual wishing to live an intoxicant free life through the guidance and the practice of the Five Precepts.
