Busy Mind, Peaceful Mind – Getting Started With Mindfulness Meditation [Online Event]

Six weekly online sessions to help you learn and begin a mindfulness meditation practice. Tuesday evenings at 6pm. Facilitated by Donal Quirke from YOGABODY Ireland, the sessions begin on March 31st, and will run from 6 to 6.50 PM. You can join this online event on the Zoom platform via this link. Donal has been a volunteer and member of the board of trustees of Sunyata Buddhist Centre since 2009.

Insight Meditation Retreat with Padraig Cotter and Heike Griffin (Online Event)
